Attracting new and profitable clients for Family First Solicitors Reading
The lovely Ursula Rice of Family First Solicitors approached us to plan and design a marketing campaign for Family First Reading. Of course, we were more than happy to help out!
Ursula wanted to attract office workers within Reading. The locality of the Family First office in Reading couldn’t be more perfect, right by the train station with high foot fall! With plenty of offices around and workers passing through the town, we were already one step forward.
The goals had been for Ursula to gain 10 new enquiries per week, 7 of which to convert into a £60 appointment per week with a difference seen in 3 months.
We created a set of key messages that really tapped into the minds of office workers in Reading
Using imagery as a representation of the customer persona we were communicating to, we really hit home into their worries and pains, offering Family First as the perfect solution.
Using street furniture, we created bus shelter adverts, an A Frame board to be displayed on the street, petrol pump nozzles and social media graphics. To accompany, Ursula had a radio advertisement slot too in line with the same key messaging.
The campaign is still on going, however Ursula has had a positive response right form the start – she’s even had clients popping into her office just from seeing the adverts on the petrol nozzles!
